01 Introduction

Welcome to 15 Puzzle! This Privacy Policy explains how Serhii Sofiienko ("I", "me", or "the developer") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the 15 Puzzle mobile application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

02 Information I Collect

I collect anonymous usage data through Google Firebase Analytics. This includes:

• Which features and screens are used
• Session duration and frequency of use
• Device type, operating system version, and language setting
• App version
• Crash reports and performance data

This data is aggregated and anonymous. It cannot be used to identify you personally.

03 Information I Do Not Collect

I do not collect or store:

• Your name, email address, or any contact information
• Location data (GPS or network-based)
• Photos, files, or content from your device
• Payment or financial information
• Device identifiers that could be used to track you across apps or websites
• Any data from your contacts, calendar, or other apps

04 How I Use Your Information

I use the collected information to:

— Detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and technical issues in the App.

— Understand user behavior and improve the App's features and usability.

— Respond to your messages or support requests if you contact me.

I do not use your information for advertising purposes, and the App contains no ads.

05 Data Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. Crash reports and analytics data may be processed by third-party service providers (such as Firebase by Google) solely for the purposes described above, under strict data processing agreements. These providers are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

06 Data Retention

Crash report and analytics data are retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. Emails you send me are retained for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

07 Your Rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights under applicable privacy law:

• GDPR (EU/EEA users): You have the right to access, rectify, or erase data concerning you, and to object to processing. Since I collect no personally identifiable information, most GDPR individual rights requests are not applicable. For Firebase-specific requests, refer to Google's data policies.
• CCPA (California users): I do not sell personal information. The anonymous analytics data I collect does not constitute "personal information" as defined under the CCPA.

08 Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). Firebase Analytics is configured without any advertising features or user identification.

09 Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If I make significant changes, I will update the effective date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

10 Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data associated with your use of the App (such as Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics identifiers). To submit a deletion request, simply send me an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and I will process it within 30 days.
